what does this year hold for me? i have been praying and reading much as we begin the new year…. and i pray to hold the INCREDIBLE wisdom we are blessed with in our Holy Orthodox Faith, and as we read this holiness… this grace… – i pray to hold it in my heart… i have particularly been praying for meekness and peace in each moment… in the New Year. i also have been trying for many months, now… to get all of our children… and myself, and God – willing my hubby… OUTSIDE to exercise – every day!! and to take in God’s creation all around!!! -the sun, the clouds, the sky, the snow, the rain, the sunrises, the sunsets!! our whole day is more peaceful when we get out to exercise/walk!! and if it is too cold, we head off to the YMCA, which is also a great blessing! of course what blesses us more than anything, which i pray to always commit to – for before and after all we do… is prayer as we rise, prayer in all we do… throughout the day…. and prayer in the eve! I’m actually not a goal-setter. I take each day as it comes. I pray to make daily progress in helping my child realize that eternity is the bottom line in everything, and that our present life is our preparation.

This new year has already brought us news that our unborn child is healthy (there was a possibility that he was going to be very ill)! And in just a few months he will be born and welcomed into our family by myself, my loving husband and our three amazingly children (ages 5, 3, and 1). I already have so much to be thankful for this year!!

The new year with all this fresh snow will give everyone a clean start. The blanket of snow muffles all sounds and makes the world seem so peaceful. Love to walk the dog. Good time to focus on internal thoughts. I make so many lists of things to do. I hope to be better organized this coming year and to seek a new job.

It would be interesting to hear Bout helping kids whom gave stress, especially unavoidable stress that can’t be changed by circumstances. For example, stress caused by physical problems that won’t go away.

The new year will bring changes. I am planning to move with my kids after their school year is over. It is an intimidating journey, but I am ready to move forward in my life.
